I am not asking much really, I just want simple happy healthy life style. I am 40 and single. I owns a house and a car that are fully paid for. I like to live my life at minimum. I am not just talking about material, but social spiritual level as well. Any good thought on this ? (I am asking in this category because I trust there are tons of wise people in here who could give me a smart advice). Thanks.

I’m starting a more intense work out regimen and I want to include both intense cardio and weight training, but I’m not sure how often to do the weight training. I am planning on 60 minutes of intense cardio (30 min of incline hiking and 30 min of running intervals) 5 days per week. How often should I plan on doing the weight training as well?
it’s hard to describe but its like a fullness or a dullness of my left chest. THere’s no pain just uncomfortable. I’ve had 2 EKG’s and all came back good and a blood test that looked good. Originally it started out on the right side of my chest but after a couple days went over to the left side. The doctor’s tell me it’s anxiety but my question is, what causes the discomfort in the chest from anxiety?
So I always ask my boyfriend to give me a back massage when I do something for him…But I need something new to ask him to do for me. While I love the back massages, seems like it is getting old always asking for the same thing…Anyone have any ideas?
